About this role

콘텐츠 모더레이터는 사용자 프로필, 오디오, 비디오 및 텍스트 기반 콘텐츠를 분석하고 검토하며 사용자가 신고하거나 시스템에 의해 신고된 문제를 조사, 에스컬레이션하거나 해결하는 역할을 맡게 됩니다. 

Role Details

Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels

• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines

• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team

• Serve as an advocate for the user community

• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work

• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development

in the role

• Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our

communities safe

• Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed

• Degree in any tertiary education or higher education

• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills

• Excellent comprehension, communication, in both English and  Korean language skills

• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best

interest of client policies

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture

• High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market

and region that will be supported

• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

• Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

• 주/야간 로테이션 근무 가능자(Morning, Afternoon shift hours and Night shifts)

급여 및 혜택

• 급여 : 60000만 바트에서 74000바트 

• 1 month fixed Bonus 

• 1 month relocation allowance : 12K THB / time

• KPI 1,500 (depends on performance)

• OT allowance (as per company policy)

• Health insurance (OPD 2,000 per visit : 30 times/year)

• Dental insurance (2,000 THB per year - Reimbursement)
